David is a seasoned M&A advisor with over a decade of experience in small to mid-sized business transactions. Since earning his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation in 2014, he has built a strong track record and received multiple honors, including the IBBA Outstanding Producer Award (2021, 2022), Chairman’s Circle Award (2017), and recognition as one of Canada’s Top 25 Business Brokers by BuyAndSellABusiness.com (2020). David holds an MBA in Finance from HEC Montreal, a PhD in International Law from China University of Political Science and Law, is a Certified SME Advisor (NYIT), and has passed Level I of the Chartered Business Valuator program at York University. Fluent in English and Mandarin, David brings cross-cultural insight and academic depth to every deal.
