As a federal civilian contractor and software development advisor at General Dynamics Information Technology, I have over 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and migrating cloud-based applications for various government and private sector clients. I have multiple AWS certifications, including Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer, and Database Specialist, that demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in serverless computing and cloud migration. I have also led and contributed to several projects involving COTS application re-platforming, API migration re-factoring, and full stack development for the scientific computing and bioinformatics communities at the National Library of Medicine and the CDC. My core competencies include designing cloud native solutions, cloud engineering, software development, data integration, and user training.
