I have over twenty-five years of experience in technology companies covering software, telecommunications, semiconductors and mobile devices. I’ve held executive level positions in sales and business development, product management and marketing in both the US and global markets. I cofounded three successful startups where I was responsible for writing the business and product plans as well as running product, sales and business development. One of these startups went public and two were successfully acquired. My experience with large technology companies as well as success in startups offers Sellers and buyers a breadth of knowledge on building business cases as well as targeting perspective buyers for the successful sale of their business.
