Over the last 35 years, I have successfully managed the purchase and sale of several hundred privately owned small and mid-sized companies, with primary emphasis on manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and business-to-business service companies. Prior experience includes mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial planning and analysis, turnarounds, and operations management in Fortune 500 companies. I also provide consulting services to M&A clients including business valuation, pre-sale preparation, strategic and financial planning and implementation, and organizational restructuring. Buyers include publicly and privately owned companies, private equity groups, family offices, and individuals. I am qualified as an expert witness in business transactions and valuation in California Superior Court.
