Michael S. Davidson is the President of BizEx, a Los Angeles Business Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions firm specializing in the sale of small and medium sized businesses. He has been a Business Broker / M&A advisor for over 20 years and has been involved with 100’s of business transactions. BizEx was founded on technology, integrity and expertise. Our entire company is web based and many of the processes are automated, which insures significant process efficiencies and improved quality of service. Our brokers are trained in the integrity based consultative sales approach that our more sophisticated clients appreciate and in many cases demand. Our customers expect us to be experts in our field and we spend most of our staff meetings discussing deals and on how to improve our craft.
