As Marketing Director at one of the Midwest’s largest firms, Ralana was responsible for the branding and marketing of the firm as well as individual Broker’s practices and the Go To Market strategies for their engagements. As a Business Broker herself, Ralana truly understands what it requires to take a business successfully and confidentially to market: from first contact with a seller, listing the business, tailoring confidential go to market strategies, working with buyers, to facilitating a closing. In addition, Ralana spent her early career in recruiting, management and HR.
