With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, product development, innovation, finance, and commercialization of products in mass retailers. Jake is the former VP of Engineering for a large privately held company where he managed a team and product portfolio worth over $1 Billion at retail. In that role, he reported to the founder and chief innovation officer and served as an executive leader of the organization. He is creative in finding solutions to challenges that are not otherwise visible to others. He is passionate about helping business owners sell their businesses and current & future entrepreneurs find their next venture.
