GreenLight Mobility is a home modification franchise. We create safe and accessible homes for people with mobility challenges. Disability, age-related or otherwise, creates challenges to independent living. Navigating the home and performing activities of daily living can be challenging and often impossible. The population is aging creating an increasing demand for these services. People are choosing to stay home as an alternative to institutionalized living. The cost of long term care and assisted living facilities is cost prohibitive forcing people to choose to remain living in their own homes despite their limitations and obstacles; they need help! The initial investment is lower than many other franchises. It is very recession resistant. This is not a “want”, it is most definitely a “need.”
