In 7 weeks, you'll be coached to become an independent dent repairer, capable of handling all types of dents. The training begins with a week of introduction to the equipment and the theoretical foundations, essential for getting off to a good start.
Weeks 2 and 3 are dedicated to intensive practice on different types of dents and locations. In week 4, you'll learn an essential technique: glue dent removal.
Then, it's time for field experience during weeks 5 and 6. You'll work with our technicians in pairs at customer sites and also learn about our sales methods and how to use our ERP. Finally, week 7 allows you to consolidate your skills before the final exam.
At the same time, you will be trained in seat and upholstery repair. The training is personalized based on your progress, with adjustments made if necessary.
